Good news Edward and Bella fans! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart could reprise their roles as Edward and Bella for more Twilight films. The "Twilight: Breaking Dawn" Part 2 was not yet the end of an era because a more supernatural action is expected to happen between the legendary characters in the future.
Lionsgate Motion Picture Group co-chairman Patrick Wachsberger revealed during his interview with the screen daily that there is a significant possibility that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart will reunite for another Twilight film. Wachsberger further said that the new Twilight film is not a certainty but a possibility to happen.
"It's about Stephenie (novelist Stephenie Meyer). If she wants to tell a story related to those characters we're here for her," Patrick Wachsberger added.
Still Together by Heart?
Reports from Inquisitr suggested that Pattinson might still be in love with Stewart. Pattinson and Steward met at the Gala 2016, and this could be the main reason for the change of hearts for both actors. The rumors about them hardened when Pattinson became depressed after hearing about Stewart and her former girlfriend Alicia Cargile's coming wedding.
The idea about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart getting back together will be music to the ears to their die-hard fans. When Stewart was asked with regards to her interest in starring alongside with her ex-boyfriend in a new film, the actress replied that she would want to give it a try.
Fans are hoping to see their favorite couple working together as Edward Cullen and Bella Swan. During the interview, Stewart said that she is open to all ideas and there will be no emotions involved if ever the new film will happen.
The Twilight Saga sequel, though not officially confirmed yet, has high chances to push through and lead to the on-screen reunion of Bella and Edward. If this happens, it will give an opportunity for Stewart and Pattinson to reignite their romance.
