Gwen Stefani was honored as 2016's Women of the Year during Glamour's Women of the Year Awards in Hollywood on Monday evening.
The "Misery" singer, dressed in an ombre-draped halter neck Marchesa gown with a top knot, was seen with her beau Blake Shelton. She was all smiles and was gushing over her beau for whatever he has done for her.
She could not hold back her tears when she accepted the award and said she was "thinking about my parents" who loved her the most and they "planted a seed within me" when she was a little girl and that "seed of faith."
She said she felt honored and grateful while thanking everyone for listening to her music.
The 47-year-old singer exclaimed, "And to my children, to my family, to Blake Shelton for kissing me back to life, thank you so much. I am blown away!"
The camera then panned to Blake who smiled to Gwen when Stefani mentioned his name.
Stefani was moved because of the love and support she got from her friends and family when she divorced from Gavin Rossdale last August after 13 years of marriage.
She said, "It was a year and a half ago, I was in a pool of tears. I was so disappointed, and I was so low that I didn't think there was any way that I could pick myself back up, but I just remembered that God gave me a gift, and I just wanted to use that gift again so badly."
She said that she started pouring her heart into music and it was music that "save my life."
She said, "I'm so honoured that I got to make a record [This Is What the Truth Feels Like] at this point in my life, and share my story with people, and exchange that love back and forth."
ET Caught up with the singer, Stefani on the red carpet and she said that Shelton saved her life and that "he's an amazing guy".
She said, "It's incredible to have a best friend like that guy."
