Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are reportedly spending Thanksgiving Day with their beautiful children. The actress is all set to cook for the kids and her family on this festive occasion. .
ET online caught up with the actress, who was at the annual Baby2baby gala in California, where she was recieving an award for her dedication to children around the world. Garner reportedly said she is cooking, and she loves doing it each thanksgiving.
According to IBT, Garner and Affleck spent thanksgiving last year, despite their split the same year. The report said that they spent it as a family unit, for all the kids, and that they had a great time. Affleck had reportedly looked happy all weekend, and spent a lot of time at the family house.
The couple has reportedly been amicable post their seperation and they have been trying to share the parenting roles for their three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. The report added that Garner had told ET online that she and Affleck were trying to be normal parents and make their world and the world as a whole better.
"That's really important at home, to make sure that our kids know that we both have causes that we care so much about... that we dedicate time, resources, and our energy toward making our own little slice of the world a little bit better," she reportedly said when asked during the fourth annual save the children illumination gala in New York City.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck were once called "Bennifer 2", and they were married in 2005. The duo met during the shooting of Daredevil. Both Affleck and Garner are religious and attend church every Sunday.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their divorce in 2015, although the two of them remain amicable. The couple reportedly voted together for the US presidential elections earlier this November.
