A gunshot victim who was dropped off at a hospital in Ohio died on Sunday, Crescent-News.com reported.
Columbus police officers arrived at Mount Carmel East Hospital around 12:30 a.m. when hospital employees found Detrawn T. Freeman, 27, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Authorities said Freeman died shortly after 2:00 a.m.
According to police, whoever dropped Freeman off left the scene without providing anyone with information on the incident.
There are no possible motives or suspects at this time and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding the case is asked to call the Columbus Police Homicide Unit at (614) 645 - 4730 or Crime Stoppers at (614) 645 - TIPS.
Later on Sunday, a 15-year-old boy was rushed to the hospital after being shot in Columbus' south side.
Police received the call around 12:00 p.m. about a person being shot. The teen was transported to Grant Medical Center and is listed in stable condition.
According to officials, there are no motives or suspects in the case and police are continuing their investigation.
