Did Adele just announce her second pregnancy live on stage? Yes, she did.
According to Glamour Magazine, while the singer was wrapping up the North America leg of her concert tour at Phoenix, Arizona, she said, "I'll see you later. I'll see you on the other side. I'm going to have another baby."
The "Someone Like You" hit maker stated that the fans will get to see her in couple of years again. And the reason she gave for this break is she's "off to have a baby".
Adele has been touring the globe for the last 10 months, doing a total of 107 shows. After the announcement, the singer also shared a congratulatory picture on Instagram.
Fans went crazy with the news and started speculating her pregnancy. However, some fans were concerned over her decision to carry another child after she suffered from serious postpartum depression from her first pregnancy, as per Music.Mic.
Previously, Adele said in a Vanity Fair Magazine interview that during her depression period, she felt very inadequate like she had made the worst decision of her life.
However, in many other places, the singer claimed, "I don't know if I would've come back had I not had my kid."
Meanwhile, Adele's Australian Tour 2017 tickets are selling in record time.
In New Zealand, presale tickets of her show sold out in mere 15 minutes. Following that, Adele announced a second show, along with the general ticket sales. Both sold out in a record-breaking 23 minutes.
As fans demand rose, a third show was announced and similar to previous sell-outs, they too sold out within an hour, reports NZ Herald.
Similarly, in Australia, Melbourne and Brisbane concert tickets were sold out within half an hour after being announced. In Sydney, after the ticket sales exceeded 400,000, Adele announced a second show.
However, if the singer is really pregnant, will this affect her upcoming tours in 2017? Will the tours be cancelled? No official news of cancellation has been reported yet.
Adele is already a proud mother of Angelo, 4, with Simon Konecki.
