Selena Gomez snubs Taylor Swift’s Thanksgiving beach party

Selena Gomez is back from rehab stronger than ever. But this Thanksgiving, she said "No Thanks" to Taylor Swift.

According to Hollywood Life , an insider revealed that Taylor wanted Selena to join her for Thanksgiving this year. Taylor threw a huge dinner party, but Selena was not interested.

This spurred rumors that their friendship is over. Earlier, OK! reported that the duo are no longer close friends and Taylor is angry at Selena for her involvement with Justin Bieber.

In return Selena also vowed to expose Taylor's true face in an autobiography she has been planning.

But this news is what it seems it is, simply a rumor, as debunked by Gossip Cop.

Selena wanted to spend the Thanksgiving holiday with her family instead. Well that seems reasonable. Giving the "Same Old Love" singer spent over three months in rehab, battling auto-immune disease lupus. She was away from her family for a long time and it was hard for her.

"Taylor [Swift] invited Selena [Gomez] to her big Thanksgiving dinner, but right now Selena just wants to be with her family," the insider stated. "Spending time with them is her priority."

Taylor was a good friend to Selena during her tough times. The "Bad Blood" singer supported her all along while she was recovering.

"She's (Selena) been leaning on Taylor a lot though, they're in touch every day and they'll be seeing each other soon," the insider further reveled.

Selena went to Texas to spend a low-key Thanksgiving with her family. Family has always been very important to her and it's a great way to show it.

Taylor meanwhile threw a beach party at her Rhode Island estate. Many of her close friend were invited which includes fashion models Lily Donaldson and Martha Hunt, and singer Todrick Hall.

Taylor's younger brother Austin and her parents were also present at the party, reported DNA.
