Apple's latest move with the release iOS 10.2 public beta 4 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has given a tough competition to iOS hackers. iOS 10 jailbreak developers are apparently facing a real hard time.
The iOS 10.2 update will be available over-the-air and there is a free public beta program for non-developers. The iOS 10.2 beta has three new wallpapers (only for iPhone 7 devices), new emoji, 'Press and Hold to Speak' menu under Home Button Accessibility settings.
Messages have "Celebration" screen effect, 'Show Star Ratings' option in Music Settings and new headphone icon in status bar for Bluetooth audio devices (previously seen with the Beats Solo3), the 9to5 Mac reported.
It seems like Pangu hackers are not finding enough time to develop the iOS 10 Jailbreak for iOS 10 as Apple is frequently updating it. But hackers cannot be underestimated as the team Pangu is waiting for the final update.
As per Neuro Gadget, Pangu plans to wait for Apple to release the iOS 10. 2 update and simultaneously, it will release the jailbreak tool. This is so, so that Apple can't immediately include a security patch to keep its users from utilizing the tool.
These Chinese hackers are holding until the complete release of iOS 10.2 beta because previously, Jailbreak for iOS 10.1 was locked by the release of iOS 10.1.1. And now, their efforts have been squashed by the release of iOS 10.2.
Meanwhile, another developer Luca Todesco demonstrated jailbreak for both iOS 10.1 and 10.1.1 but, he has to again develop a jailbreak for iOS 10.2. There is news on the collaboration of Pangu team and Todesco in developing a jailbreak for Apple's iOS 10 versions.
With so many frequent updates on iOS 10, will hackers be able to develop a strong iOS 10 Jailbreak tool?
