The highly publicized split of Hollywood super couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, had made the actor even lonelier this time. Just recently, it was revealed that the "Allied" actor had really spent the Thanksgiving holiday alone, in a resort, away from all his six children.
It was previously claimed that the actor wanted to spend the holiday with his six kids, or some of them, at least. The kids have even reportedly requested for both the parents to be present on the occasion and a temporary truce between them. But sad to say, none of these happened.
According to a report from Entertainment Tonight, Brad Pitt had a topical getaway on Thanksgiving. It has been reported that the actor spent the holiday weekend in the Turks and Caicos. An insider had revealed that he stayed at a private luxury resort called Amanyara Villas.
The source further said that the reports claiming Angelina Jolie allegedly called Pitt for a Thansgiving reunion were not true at all. The source told the publication that the rumors were 'completely false' and that Jolie never made a call to her former husband.
Additionally, it was revealed that the Maleficent star and her six kids with Pitt were never planning to see the actor on Thanksgiving as this would break the schedule created by the children and their family therapist.
Meanwhile, it was reported by The Hollywood Life that the 52-year old actor would not be pushing the court hearing just yet. As per the source, Pitt is reportedly giving the children more time amidst the messy divorce and custody battle he is presently having with Jolie.
The source added, "Brad is not pressing for any legal action this time because the children would not want to live him with and their opinions matter to him." The actor is reportedly giving his six kids some space after his recent visits with them, together with the Department of Child and Family Services.
It can be recalled that Brad Pitt filed legal documents to counter Angelina Jolie's sole custody demands just weeks ago. Reports stated that Brangelina are still working on their divorce terms and final verdict for custody battle will still be revealed soon.
