Rihanna met Prince Harry at the 50th anniversary of Barbados' independence from Great Britain. The pop superstar chatted with the handsome royal at the country's Toast to the Nation ceremony.
According to the Daily Express, the "Kiss It Better" singer looked stunning in a knee-length pale blue dress for the event. She sat at the same table as Guyana's President David Granger that was close to the Prince Harry's table.
The redheaded prince and Rihanna are to make appearances at a mega concert at Kensington Oval cricket ground in Bridgetown. The concert featured some of the best Bajan talent performing in honor of Barbados' freedom in front of 20,000 people.
A senior royal aide informed the Prince that Rihanna would be there.
"We thought he would be meeting her for the first time at the concert," he said.
Two of them later sat side-by-side on stage at a celebratory concert.
Prince Harry's two-week tour of seven nations in the Caribbean will come to an end in Guyana this weekend. Prince William's younger brother arrived in Barbados on Monday, November 28. Even the weather was rainy, handsome prince was smiling all the time during his visit to the Nightingale Children's Home, where he met with underprivileged children.
Kensington Palace shared an adorable video of Prince Harry hugging the children and talking to and making silly faces with them at the center that takes care of children from birth through the age of 18. Prince William's younger brother also visited the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, where he hung out with young patients.
