It's been roughly eight years since the last installment of 'The Mummy' franchise hit theaters, and as the fans demand, the series needs to be given a gritty reboot, which is also as part of a Cinematic Universe. The up and coming new Mummy movie replaces Brendan Fraser for Tom Cruise and fun action-filled adventure for a grim apocalyptic threat.
About the teaser
Universal has recently released a quick first look at Tom Cruise in summer 2017 movie, The Mummy. Dubbed with a "new world of gods and monsters," the picture is part of the studio's return to the classic monster universe.
In the said teaser, which folks can ponder on until the full trailer is released on Sunday, Sofia Boutella makes eyes as an ancient princess who is awakened from her deep slumber on her desert tomb towards the present-day, bringing along with her an army of evil and terror that will defy human comprehension.
