"Full House" star Ashley Olsen has spilt from boyfriend David Schulte after dating for less than a year.
Ashley Olsen and David Schulte made their relationship official last September. The duo kept their romance pretty private and was not in the public eye much.
However, less than a year down the line, the couple has called it quits, Us Weekly sources confirmed.
"He was a great guy and cute, but it didn't work out," the source revealed to the tabloid. Us Weekly was also the first to break the news about their relationship last year.
Schulte is a businessman and the CEO of luxury eyewear brand Oliver Peoples. The company was bought by Oakley in 2006 for $56 million and its glasses have been featured on the television series 'Burn Notice' and also in the 2000 film, 'American Psycho'. Schulte also has years of financial, marketing and retail experience.
The Olsen twins have been in the limelight right from their "baby" days when they both played the adorable "Michelle" in the popular show "Full House." She and her twin sister Mary-Kate later went on to open their own fashion label "The Row" and have managed to do very well for themselves.
Ashley Olsen has always been very low-key about her relationships. Her last affair was with actor Justin Bartha of 'Hangover fame' whom she dated from 2008 to 2011. Bartha recently got married in Hawaii to his personal trainer and the couple is expecting its first baby.
She's also been in relationships with Elder Statesman designer Greg Chait and restaurant owner Scott Sartiano previously.
