Rumors are starting to swirl around the WWE about the highly anticipated match between Triple H and Seth Rollins. And it seems that fans can't wait to see the fight between the two happen. Will the match take place in next year WrestleMania 33?
Triple H who've been out in the WWE scene since he was defeated by Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in WrestleMania 32 unexpectedly felt his presence during an episode of RAW last August 29.
During that event, Triple H helped Kevin Owens win the WWE Universal Championship by attacking both Reigns and Rollins during the Triple Threat Match that secured the title to Owens. Since then, Rollins haunt Triple H to have a revenge but to no avail as Triple H seems to be far from the wrestling scene and believes to be not coming back again.
But recent reports speculates that Triple H will be having his comeback and face Seth Rollins in a match. According to The Inquisitr, WWE production first planned to set the bout between Triple H and Rollins this coming Royal Rumble in January 2017. This is part of the WWE officials plan to load up the card for the said event that will happen at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
However, plans changed since Goldberg and Brock Lesnar decides to take part in the Royal Rumble event also. Their names are big enough to take the spotlight again and make the event be successful. Aside from Goldberg and Lesnar, the Undertaker is also set to appear in the event and could face AJ Styles in a match before his return again to the grandest stage.
With all this happening, WWE management most likely move the match between Triple H and Seth Rollins to the WrestleMania 33 and let the Royal Rumble stage for Goldberg, Lesnar, and Undertaker according to Cageside Seats. But for now, WWE uses Chris Jericho as Rollins opponent in a RAW event called Roadblock: End of the Line on December 18 before he faces off Triple H in the grandest stage of them all.
