2018 Tesla Model 3 to feature 250 miles range, 15-inch landscape touch-screen, Ludicrous Mode, All-Wheel Drive

Tesla, the American automotive and energy storage tech giant will release its new car. 2018 Tesla model 3 that was unveiled by the CEO Elon Musk in the month of March this year. The most awaited car was unveiled by Musk with a 215 miles range. However, a new report claims that the sedan will run up to 250 miles and it holds a price tag of $35,000.

According to Science World Report, the 2018 Tesla Model 3 will also be having an all electric option with which can achieve a maximum range of more than 250 miles. The new car is reported to be powered by bigger and higher capacity battery, in-order to power the car to reach a target range.

2018 Tesla Model 3 will feature company's new advanced lithium-ion battery pack having a better capacity than its predecessor, and well updated cooling system. The time of charging will remain similar to its previous model and a full charge can be achieved between three to six hours. The car will be the best performance car going from 0-60 miles per hour in a record time of less than six seconds.

It is reported that the 2018 Tesla Model 3 is expected to arrive in two drive versions - All wheel and Rear wheel options. Also, the car is expected to feature full self-driving hardware as the company revealed that all the upcoming vehicles would come with this feature.

According to the Digital Trends, the 2018 Tesla Model 3 is reported to accommodate five adults comfortably along with a larger cargo capacity. The 17-inch portrait touch-screen, featured in the Model S and X, will be replaced with a new 15-inch landscape touch-screen in the 2018 Model 3.

The car will feature an all-glass roof and the "Ludicrous Mode", which was featured in both the Model S and Model X was earlier stated by Musk.

Tesla is welcoming the pre-orders of 2018 Tesla Model 3 for a $1000 down payment and the car will be available with a starting price of $35,000. The production of the car is reported to begin early next year and the car is likely to hit the roads soon.
