Vogue Magazine Snubs Kim Kardashian Again, Kanye West Fails to Convince Anna Wintour to Put Reality Star on Cover?

Kanye West is one persistent man. According to the New York Post's Page Six, West and Anna Wintour were spotted having lunch together and the rapper was reportedly trying to convince the fashion editor to put his fiancée Kim Kardashian on the cover of Vogue.

Sources told Page Six that the two were having a "very intense" conversation while dining at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Friday, Jan. 10.

"They were in a corner booth, very intense," the source said. "He was talking nonstop. She did not get a word in edgewise."

Reportedly the "Black Skinhead" rapper feels Vogue is the only magazine "worthy to photograph their baby North West." According to Page Six, West is trying to get Wintour to see that the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star's fashion rivals Michelle Obama, who has landed on the cover twice.

In November, Radar Online ran a story claiming that West wants Kardashian to appear on the cover in her wedding dress but apparently Wintour wasn't sold on the idea. The editor and Kardashian "were at Kanye's concert in Brooklyn. Anna didn't sit next to Kim in the VIP section, and brought along fellow Vogue staffer, Grace Coldington," a source told Radar.

"Kanye is absolutely determined to convince Anna that Kim should appear on the cover of Vogue wearing her wedding dress. Anna has remained typically aloof to Kanye's constant advances and offers," the source added.

He has reportedly already asked photographer Mario Testino, a favorite of Wintour's, to shoot Kardashian for the cover just in case the fashion editor changes her mind. The 36-year-old rapper has not held back his feelings when it comes to fiancée getting a cover on the magazine.

"There is no way Kim Kardashian shouldn't be on the cover of Vogue. She is the most intriguing woman right now," he told Ryan Seacrest. "She has got Barbara Walters calling her like every day."

"Anna is NO fan of Kim or any reality star appearing in the pages of the magazine," the source told Radar.

Regardless of the countless "no's" West keeps getting, it seems like he's not going to give up. Back in May, Vogue let the entire world know how they felt about Kardashian when they cropped her out of a picture. The 33-year-old walked the red carpet with West at the Met Ball and posed for pictures with him but when the rapper made Vogue's list for Best Dressed, the picture was edited to exclude his fiancée (check out the picture here).
