'The Walking Dead' Season 7: Midseason finale review, Episode 9 spoilers and air date; Is Eugene Negan's next victim?

People's favorite zombie apocalypse serial drama series, The Walking Dead, by the AMC network, just aired its midseason finale on televisions recently, and yet again, the series showed a bloody episode to the fans once again.

Unfortunately, some characters are not going to be seen on the upcoming episode anymore as Negan the villain serial killer, portrayed by actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan, had showed off his psychopathic skills again and decided to kill two more characters from the show.

According to Cinema Blend, the characters, Spencer Monroe (Austin Nichols) and Olivia (Ann Mahoney), are not going to be seen in the remaining episodes of the current season anymore, as these characters were killed by Negan on the midseason finale.

Spencer was initially planning on taking over Alexandria, so he talked to Negan about it and thought they could help each other take down Rick Grimes (Andre Lincoln) and kill him. But Spencer went way too far about his talk and Negan felt it's best to just get rid of him by cutting open his stomach.

Olivia on the other hand was killed because of Rosita (Christian Serratos), who aimed on targeting Negan with the bullet but ended up hitting his wire-studded baseball bat, Lucille. As a punishment, Olivia got killed with a bullet aimed at her face.

The second half of Season 7 will reportedly feature more character deaths. This season has been the most gruesome so far, and disappointing, especially when Abraham Ford and Glenn Rhee both got killed by the same villain character on the season premiere.

As per the source, the death count might probably increase if the events in the comic book were to be followed. In the book, it was featured that a character named Holly was captured by Negan, but when she returned to Alexandria, it was found out that she was dead and has turned into a walker.

Fans are speculating whether the character on the series, Eugene (Josh McDermitt) is going to suffer the same fate as in the comic book's character because it was seen in the previous episode that he was taken by Negan back to the Sanctuary after finding out that the bullets were made by him.

All of these speculation are going to be confirmed to happen when the zombie apocalypse series returns next year. Variety reported that The Walking Dead season 7 episode 9 will premiere on February 12, 2017 on AMC.
