'Diablo III' Coming To Xbox One According To Leaked Listings On Best Buy

In addition to the PlayStation 4 version that was announced for a release later this year, "Diablo III" may be on its way to the other titan of console gaming, Microsoft's Xbox One.

The news comes from a recent listing on Canada Best Buy and FutureShop. According to IGN, a listing went up on these websites went up earlier on Thursday that showed the cover art for "Diablo III" in and Xbox One box with the familiar "Coming Soon" label above it.

Since the listing went up, both sites have since taken it down. These could be placeholders that launched too early for a brief period of time, indicating that the developer behind the game has every intention to make an Xbox One version that will be available in the very near future.

"One of our goals is to bring Diablo III to as many players as possible, but we don't have any other platform announcements to share at this time, a spokesperson for Blizzard told IGN in a comment.

The PlayStation 4 version of "Diablo III" won't be out until March 25. It will come alongside the Reaper of Souls expansion, which will complement the PC and Mac versions of the game as well. The listing had the game for Xbox One priced at $60, the average price of a new video game on the console. However, it's unclear at this time if that will be the official price of the game if it does come to Microsoft's Xbox One. The PlayStation 4 version reportedly has editions ranging from $39.99 to $79.99.
