British MPs Discuss to Pour Scorn on Racist, Sexist Donald Trump

It turns out that Donald Trump will not be visiting the UK anytime soon, on Monday the British MPs lined up to pour scorn on a "racist and sexist" Donald Trump. They strongly believe that Trump should not be allowed to visit Britain because of the risk and it will embarrass the Queen.

The British MPs participated in a three hour debate and discussed whether they should extend the U.S president's invitation for a state visit. Apparently 1.8 million signed a petition against Trump's visit to the country.

According to the Guardian, Theresa May was forced to cancel her invitation and they compared Trump to a "petulant child." Every politician that attended the debate at Westminster Hall limited their speech to five minutes each.

It appears that many turned against the idea of the invitation, Alex Salmond stated that he was confused if he should be shocked by the morality of the invitation or if he should be astonished by its stupidity. Labour's Paul Flynn, who on the petitions committee was the one who started the debate. He accused Trump of a "ceaseless incontinence of free speech."

When Flynn was asked about Trump's views on climate science, he said that Trump had shown "cavernous depths of scientific ignorance." It appears that many who were present protested against the visit, they even waved placards that read "no racism; no to Trump."

Diane Abbot the Shadow Home Secretary, addressed the crowd and described Trump as a "bully and a bigot." The Conservative MP for Gravesham Adam Holloway said that it is refreshing to see a politician actually do what they had promised, referring to Trump's travel ban from Muslin majority countries.

On the other hand the Foreign Affairs Committee stated that the Queen will be embarrassed if the invitation was withdrawn at this point. Those close to the ministers made it certain that there will be no going back on the invitation to Trump. However, the British are more interested in the Lords on Brexit debate.
