The hottest names in Hollywood flocked to Santa Monica, Calif. for the 19th annual Critics' Choice Awards on Thursday, Jan. 16. The red carpet sparkled as actors and actresses put their best fashion foot forward.
Amy Adams was pretty in pink as she walked the carpet in a Roland Mouret gown. "Gravity" actress Sandra Bullock looked amazing in her custom-made raspberry, tiered-ruffle Lanvin gown created by Alber Elbaz.
Cate Blanchett also wore Lanvin. The actress went for a more classic look with a dark green gown and wide, black leather belt with crystal detailing. Our favorite was "Wolf of Wall Street" star Margot Robbie in a sexy black jumpsuit by Elie Saab with lace sleeves and lace detailing in the back. It was different from the usual red carpet ball gowns but Robbie pulled the look off perfectly.
The ladies weren't the only ones to steal the spotlight on the red carpet. Several Hollywood hunks also came dressed to impress.
"Anchor Man 2: The Legend Continues" star James Marsden wore a dark plaid by Ovadia & Sons paired with a crisp white shirt, navy blue tie and tan Givenchy shoes. The look was different from the other menswear red carpet looks but it worked for him.
Jeremy Renner went for a more classic one-button black tuxedo suit by Ermenegildo Zegna with a white shirt and black bow tie. He looked simple, elegant and very handsome.
Ian Somerhalder, the hottie from "The Vampire Diaries" wore a dark Dolce & Gabbana suit, a double-breasted sport coat and a killer smile.
"Dallas Buyers Club" star Jared Leto looked totally comfortable and cool in a black suit with a half-unbuttoned shirt and an oxford pocket square. Some people might think Leto's look was too causal - maybe a little sloppy - but we think no one could pull it off like Leto.
Forest Whitaker walked the carpet in a very nice navy blue satin Prada tuxedo suit. He paired the look with a white shirt, dark grey satin tie and black Prada shoes. Out of the men, out favorite would have to be Bradley Cooper. The "American Hustle" star wore a three-piece Bottega Veneta plum-colored suit with a baby blue shirt and no tie.
