Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have decided to speak with each other since their split last year. Granted it took them six months to make peace but they have finally decided to have some conversation.
According to People, sources revealed that the ex-couple have directly talked with each other. Brad Pitt is currently in a happy place.
Since the actor didn't want his divorce and custodial details to reveal in public, he is relieved since the court has ordered all the proceeding details to remain private. After many confrontations, Angelina Jolie had agreed and they hired a private judge back in January to deal with their ongoing court battles.
"It was a rough time, but they (Brad Pitt and his ex-wife) were able to resolve it," People quoted the source. "This is a work in progress."
As per Mail Online, Angelina Jolie recently admitted on GMA that her ex is a "wonderful" father to their six children. She further added that despite their split they will always be a family.
The actress stated that currently, she is focusing on the health of the family. She hoped that everybody, including Brad Pitt, will be stronger than they were before when the whole ordeal will be over.
The source added that Brad Pitt has also been extremely positive about how Angie is a good mother. The ex-pair is thus trying to resolve their conflicts for the kids and the whole family. They're working toward that goal.
Another insider added that Brad Pitt has been given access to see the kids more than he did right after the split. Whenever the kids are in Los Angeles, the actor made sure to meet them.
Brad Pitt is spending time with his oldest two sons, Maddox and Pax. The insider added that things are definitely calming down.
