Anne Hathaway had been a prominent actress in the past and had been well known for her “Princess Diaries” franchise, “Love and other Drugs” and “Les Miserables.” Yet, back in 2013, a widespread hate approached the actress and she had once and for all breaks her silence.
In an interview with Jezebel, Anne Hathaway spoke up regarding the “Everyone Hates Anne Hathaway” articles in the web last 2013 per Independent. The “Intern” actress then find it “weird” that everyone hating her has been talked about up to now and that it comes up in every interview that she does.
Anne explained that how anyone treats her doesn’t have to do anything with her. “But if anything that anybody said resonated with me as something I’d like to work on for myself, I took it in like that.” “And to that extent, I feel like I got to shortcut a lot of my growth. To that extent, even though I wouldn’t have chosen to go through it, I still found a way to be grateful for it,” she added.
On the brighter side, the 34 year old beauty then spoke about filming “Colossal” while being pregnant with 4-year husband’s Adam Shulman child in her interview with Entertainment Tonight. She then said that while some people were nervous about her being pregnant while filming a fight scene in “Colossal,” they shouldn’t be. She then encouraged that pregnant people shouldn’t be afraid to talk about and explore pregnancy.
The “Bride Wars” actress also talked about her upcoming movie, “Ocean’s Eight” wherein she worked with Kim Kardashian and Rihanna. Speaking of Kim, she said that every Kardashian is “so sweet.” She then said in the interview that Rihanna was “ubiquitous and fabulous.”
The “Dark Knight Rises” actress then added that she would be greatful if she would be given another chance to play her Jacqueline Follet role in “The Devil Wears Prada” as the film is reported to be adapted to Broadway.
