Florida Student Who Accused High School Of Kicking Him Out Because He Made Gay Porn Allowed To Return On Wednesday

An 18-year-old student was allowed to return to his Florida high school after he claimed he was kicked out for making porn.

According to FOX 25, the Robert Marucci accused his Cocoa, Fla. school of kicking him out after his classmates found out about his adult film videos on a gay pornography website.

Marucci claimed students bullied him, but Cocoa High School kicked him out because of his job. Marruci alleged the school called him a "disruption" and accused him of making violent threats, which he denied.

"I feel like I've been treated unfairly, and this is unjust," Marucci told FOX.

However, Florida Today reports the school claimed they were never told of any incident where Marucci was the target of bullies.

The 18-year-old's mother Melyssa Lieb claimed it was the adminstrators disapproval of her son's job choice that lead to the suspension. Marucci made gay porn in order to help his mother financially.

"I think that it is Dr. Sullivan's morals and her personal beliefs, and I don't think that this is anybody's business except for my son's," Lieb told FOX. "The children at this school found it, and she didn't do anything to stop it, except for suspend my son. He was expelled due to his explicit adult lifestyle career."

Brevard Schools spokeswoman Michelle Irwin told Florida Today Marucci and his principal reached an agreement allowing him to return to school on Wednesday.

"It's easy to become emotional about a situation when it looks like a student is being targeted for his lifestyle choices, that is not the case here," Irwin said. "We will continue to work with the student and his family to make sure he graduates and moves on with is education."

"We would never suspend a student for his job or job-related activities," Irwin added.

Marucci was reportedly cleared of any misconduct allegations. Local authorities were not involved in the incident.
