Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Might Sue 'Hateful' Teen For Causing Emotional Distress: 'He Really F***ed Kim Up'

Kanye West could be heading to a civil court after a verbal altercation with an 18-year-old who was allegedly insulting fiancée Kim Kardashian turned violent.

According to Hollywood Life, West is allegedly looking to sue the teen that taunted Kardashian by using multiple racial slurs at her on Jan. 13. The rapper, who is facing battery charges stemming from the incident, claims the unnamed teen emotionally abuse his fiancée.

"He did a number on Kim, and Kanye is thinking about how he can sue him for Kim's emotional abuse," an insider told Hollywood Lie.

"This is America and in this country, 'celebrities' are looked upon as banks to abuse," the source added. "That dude had no right to bother Kim and say what he said to her. He was out of line. If that happened to your average woman and her average husband came to defend her, we would not be having this conversation."

The alleged incident occurred when Kardashian and West visited her chiropractor's office for an appointment. The teen reportedly called Kardashian a "n**** lover," which set West off. The rapper allegedly lunged at the boy and punched him repeatedly.

"He really fu**ed Kim up mentally because she had never heard words like that spoken before and filled with so much hate," the source told Hollywood Life.

Kardashian's mother, Kris Jenner, defended the rapper's actions after she was made aware of the incident during an interview with Australia's 2DayFM. She reiterated the claims that the teen was "hateful" to her daughter.

"I do know that how it started was that this person got really...a lot of racial, hateful, horrible things that he was saying," Jenner said on air. "And I think that's where it started. I'm not quite sure how it ended. To be honest with you...I got wind of this last night because I had been out of town. And I've literally been doing some press all day today and have not been home. So I haven't talked to anybody to give you a better update. But I think that what happened was that somebody got really out of line. Very hateful person."
