Wanted Man, Andrew Stiern, Caught By Authorities After Falling Through Ceiling

A man wanted by authorities in Colorado was finally captured on Thursday after he fell through a ceiling while running from police, 7News reported.

Andrew Stiern, 27, tried to escape through the roof of Comfort Dental but failed after falling through the ceiling. He initially barricaded himself inside of a bathroom and refused to surrender, police said.

Eventually, Stiern turned himself in after negotiating with officers.

According to 7News, he was arrested on three active felony warrants and now faces additional charges.

Further details on his record have not been released.

Last week, a Tennessee man made headlines for falling through the ceiling of the store he worked in without frightening any of his employees.

Ryan Veltcamp, an employee at Baneberry Golf and Resort, was crawling on the attic floor searching for wires when he crashed through the ceiling and onto the first level.

Though most people would have flinched at the incident, recorded video footage shows a person witness the fall and simply respond with "Hey, Ryan," to which Veltcamp responds "Hey, Billy. That hurt."
