An exclusive video surveillance footage of Justin Bieber's alleged drag race that landed the superstar in jail on early Thursday morning has been obtained by local Miami station CBS4, Yahoo News reported.
In the short clip, you see two Lamborghinis - one yellow, supposedly being driven by Justin, and one red, with Khalil allegedly behind the wheel - surrounded by black Cadillac Escalades.
It's not surprising that the video has leaked considering the race took place in a residential neighborhood.
According to Yahoo News, although it is unclear whether the footage of the two cars shown have the singers racing behind the wheels, it certainly was enough to draw the attention of the police as seconds later a cop car pulls up behind all the commotion.
When Bieber was pulled over at 4:09 a.m. ET by the police, he was driving the rented Lamborghini. The Canadian singer was later arrested for DUI after he failed to pass the sobriety test.
Bieber, 19, was charged with resisting arrest without violence and driving with an expired driver's license, Yahoo News reported.
The arresting officer said that he asked Bieber to get out of the car after he "immediately smelled an odor of alcohol emanating [sic] from the driver's breath," according to the police report.
Bieber's blood alcohol level seems to have discrepancies. While law enforcement sources claimed Bieber blew a .04 on Thursday, TMZ claimed it was actually .014.
CNN cited a source close to the investigation who said two breath tests police gave Bieber following his arrest indicated a blood-alcohol content below .08%. - .011% and .014%.
Though .02% is the limit for drivers under the legal drinking age of 21, the legal limit for drivers in Florida is generally .08%, Yahoo News reported.
Drinking, using marijuana, and taking prescription pills were some admissions Bieber made after his arrest, police said.
Reportedly still in Miami, Bieber posted a photo on Instagram seemingly comparing himself to Michael Jackson on Friday, Yahoo News reported.
Later, the teen heartthrob also tweeted the below message to his fans:
