Usher and Scooter Braun Head to Panama For An Intervention For Justin Bieber (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber's mentor Usher and his manager Scooter Braun have arrived in Panama for talks with the troubled teen star, Yahoo News reported.

After reportedly heading south of the border this weekend to spend time with Bieber and presumably chat about his Miami arrest for DUI and drag racing, the two were snapped posing with fans at the luxury resort where Bieber and his entourage have been staying.

Bieber's childhood friend Ryan Butler is also present, according to TMZ, meaning that this powerful triumvirate could perhaps counter some of the party elements in Bieber's crew.

On Saturday, the 19-year-old singer was first spotted hanging out with his entourage in Punta Chame, a beach town on the Gulf of Panama, Yahoo News reported.

Chantel Jeffries, 21, who was with him in his rented Lamborghini at the time of his arrest, was also spotted on the getaway.

Twitter has been abuzz with Beliebers tracking the popstar's every move in Panama, Yahoo News reported.

Usher, 35, was photographed this weekend arriving at Bieber's abode and embracing him in a hug.

Braun snapped a photo with a fan, as well.

Also spotted was Ryan Good, Bieber's former "swagger coach" and good friend, who also joined the crew in Panama, according to Yahoo News.

Braun's last tweet on Friday implied that he planned to support the "Baby" singer, despite his string of bad decisions last week.

Bieber was arrested in Miami last Thursday morning for drag racing a rented Lamborghini, driving under the influence and resisting arrest, UK MailOnline reported.

Reportedly driving close behind on the night was Bieber's father Jeremy Bieber, after spending much of the evening partying with his son at SET nightclub.

"His father was the one who was helping clear the street so Justin could race his Lamborghini," a source told MailOnline.

While the teenager escaped media scrutiny with a trip to Panama after his release, pals say there is only one person who has the power to curb his wayward antics - on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez, UK MailOnline reported.

"She's the only person who seems to have an effect," added the source. "But just when she thinks he has changed he does something outrageous. He thinks he is invincible. He's out of control. Hopefully he'll see sense before it's too late."
