Cincinnati (21-2) has won 14 straight games since suffering their only two losses of the season in December. The Bearcats, ranked No. 7 in the nation, are coming off a 50-45 win on Sunday over USF.

"We're not done yet," Cincinnati senior forward Justin Jackson said, via ESPN. "We want to be on the big stage come March. That's our focus: When we come to March to have a good seed and do what we need to do."

If the Bearcats earn a high seed in March, part of the credit would belong to guard Sean Kilpatrick. The senior is averaging a league-best 19.4 points per game and could finish his career at Cincinnati as the one of the top scorers in the school's history.

"The guy's going to be - knock on wood - the second guy in the history of this program to score over 2,000 points," Cincinnati coach Mick Cronin said. "He's maybe the most underrated great player who has ever played here."

Connecticut, meanwhile, bounced back from their loss on Jan. 18 to Louisville with three straight wins. The Huskies rank 22nd in the nation behind their leading scorer, Shabazz Napier. The senior guard averages 17.9 points per game and is coming off a 19-point game in Connecticut's win over Houston.

While Napier's scoring has helped Connecticut to their 17-4 record, coach Kevin Ollie acknowledged it's a total team effort.

"Rebounding, defense - everything is trending in the right way," Ollie said. "Now, we've got to keep it up."
