Since her first kiss with Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson in October, Kim Kardashian's love life has been a hot topic of discussion.

When the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was hosting Saturday Night Live, she met Pete Davidson.

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Conflict

Since then, the infatuated couple has had a run of low-key dates in New York, with Kim Kardashian reportedly whisking Pete Davidson away on a romantic getaway to the Bahamas at the start of the year. Even though their relationship is generating headlines every week, Kardashian's close pals believe that she and Davidson are just having fun and refer to their relationship as a fling.

Kardashian, who has four children with ex-husband Kanye West, hasn't been able to move on after filing for divorce in February, according to her pals. A source close to Kim Kardashian spoke out about her convoluted love life, saying that the SKIMs founder is uncertain about her relationship with Pete Davidson.

Following his rants about her new lover Pete Davidson, Kardashian's sisters unfollowed Kanye West on Instagram. After he published private texts between them addressing the matter, Kim Kardashian was the first to unfollow her estranged husband, whom she is divorcing, according to Mirror.

Kanye West has made the surprising assertion that for his wife Kim Kardashian to stay legally unmarried, she must follow certain rules. The couple, who had four children together and divorced last year, is presently going through divorce processes, with Kardashian filed for divorce earlier this year.

Kanye West, who later made several public pleas to "bring his family back together," has objected to the entrepreneur's divorce request. For their divorce to be completed, he has demanded that three requirements be satisfied, as per Independent via MSN.

Kanye West's Social Media Posts Could Be Used as Evidence Against Him

Legal experts say Kanye West's social media remarks are "fair game" and might "become evidence" in his divorce from Kim Kardashian. After seven years of marriage, Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021. North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm are the couple's four children.

In a flurry of Instagram postings, West went after Kardashian's new lover Pete Davidson, which he later removed. He's also spoken about their divorce on the social media platform and released texts from Kardashian. Legal experts tell Fox News Digital that social media posts are "fair game" in divorce procedures and can be utilized in custody disputes. Typically, custody is decided during divorce proceedings, but Kardashian and West have agreed to share joint custody of their children for the time being.

According to California divorce lawyer Mark Ressa, if there is a custody dispute, social media posts that do not build a "healthy parent-child connection" might influence a judge's decision. For his part, West has responded to accusations that he was seeking to discredit Kardashian by leaking private texts, claiming that he has admitted his error and is working to better control his urges.

Even if Kardashian wanted to, a legal expert pointed out that she wouldn't be able to stop West from sharing his frustrations on social media. Sandra Radna, a New York divorce attorney, stressed that "demonizing" a parent on social media might be used as "evidence" in a future custody struggle. According to Radna, Kardashian might submit a non-disparagement agreement, which is generally included in the final divorce or separation proceedings, Fox News reported.
