Vice president Kamala Harris last Tuesday said that Ukraine was a member of NATO, which was an error that raised eyebrows among her critics. She, like President Biden, has been dropping in the opinion polls, though she's doing worse than him. Many conservatives were not confident that she could handle such a task when she ignored the border crisis.

Harris Mistakenly Tweets Ukraine

Last Tuesday, the vice-president, just like the president, gaffed as well when her tweet showed an alleged ignorance that has been associated with her.

The disastrous tweet led to her being ravaged for saying that Ukraine was a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Saying the 30-nation bloc had another nation added to its ranks was so mistaken, the New York Post reported.

According to the source, the tweet from Ms. Harris stated that she met with US and Polish service members, and gave her thanks to NATO allies for freedom, peace, and security.

But she deleted the tweet realizing her error; according to a screenshot by WayBack Machine internet archive, she wrote that the US stands with the Ukrainian People. The mistake is the Ukrainian people are referenced as members of the western military alliance.

On Tuesday, the tweet was posted at 8:30 p.m., On the same night, another tweet was posted at 9:20 p.m. but already edited.

The only alteration between the two posts is the inclusion of the word "and" in the second sentence, which clarifies that the United States respects Ukraine and NATO to correct Kamala Harris.

Russia Pose a Threat for Everyone

She stated that Moscow's incursion jeopardizes not only Ukraine's democracy but also democracy and security across Europe. The usual statement followed, claiming that democracy is in jeopardy and Russia poses a threat to everyone.

Then there was Biden's typical technique of fear-mongering and gaslighting, which went flat. Immediately, the post was edited, then added the word "and" in brackets to the statement, apparently to indicate that the vice president intended to speak a word instead misstated.

Fox News last Wednesday said that a representative of the vice president that @KamalaHarris account is managed by the Democratic National Committee (DNC). The DNC informed the outlet that the tweet was taken down and corrected.

No one missed the horrendous mistake by the hapless Ms. Harris on social media; and was ravaged by negative comments soon after.

A former Navy SEAL, Derrick Van Orden, called her remark dangerous and stupid; it was apparent that sending her abroad was an error that would be disastrous. She did not know anything, just talked nonsense.

NATO has not admitted Ukraine; The Kremlin called it a red line that Kyiv becomes a member. What followed was a blitzkrieg last February 24 because Russia does not think much of the president and vice-president.

Recently Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted his country would never be part of the alliance, but the vice-president's statement cannot be changed. It can be used against the US

It's clear that Kamala Harris made a gross error that only makes the image of her and the president less than satisfactory; she does not even know about Kyiv.
