Ezra Miller, who starred as the Flash in the 'Justice League' films, was arrested for assaulting a private property in the Leilani Estates area in lower Puna, Hawaii.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 19, soon after 1 a.m., according to the Hawaii Police Department. Ezra Miller, who uses the pronouns they/them, allegedly grew enraged after being asked to leave the house and threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old woman in the face. She allegedly denied medical care for a cut.

Ezra Miller Arrested for Second Time in Weeks

Miller was taken into custody at 1:30 a.m. During a traffic stop in Kea'au, police discovered them on the road and arrested them for second-degree assault. On Tuesday, April 19, Miller was freed, awaiting the result of the inquiry, WGNTV reported. Hawaiian police allegedly apprehended Miller during a traffic check near the intersection of Highway 130 and Kukula Street in Kea'au. This is the latest episode in the 29-year-old Vermont visitor's legal troubles in Hawaii, which began in March.

The actor had previously been arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment in a Hilo pub. The 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them' actor allegedly took a microphone from a 23-year-old woman who was singing karaoke in the middle of a song, then rushed at a 32-year-old male, according to police.

The bartender repeatedly calmed Ezra Miller. According to a Hilo guy who asked to remain anonymous, Miller was behaving off at the pub. Miller is set to be arraigned on April 26 for this incident. The actor has been the subject of ten police calls in Hilo since March 7, according to Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho. Miller's exact length of stay on the island is unknown.

'Flash' Star Assaulted Women in 2 Different Incident

In the last incident, the authorities discovered that Ezra Miller grew angry as several people in the pub began singing karaoke. A version of the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper ballad "Shallow" enraged Miller, Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho said, as per Republic World.

He reportedly started "yelling obscenities" and took the microphone away from a 23-year-old lady. Later, he rushed at a 32-year-old male. Miller was charged with disorderly behavior and harassment, and after paying a $500 fine, he was freed.

Per Penn Live, prosecutors dismissed the harassment allegation, as well as an unrelated traffic charge, as part of a plea agreement. Miller was issued a traffic citation after officers were dispatched to a conflict in downtown Hilo last month, during which Miller was uncooperative, refusing to leave the area, and obstructing a sidewalk, according to Quiocho.

Miller's Hawaii lawyer did not respond to a request for comment on the latest arrest. A third lawyer, as well as a Miller representative, did not immediately reply to requests for comment.

There was no mention of the most recent arrest during the court session. Attorney Francis Alcain of the Big Island had sought a court hearing set for next week to be pushed up to Tuesday. In a court statement, Alcain stated that his client "has different time sensitive job responsibilities in California and/or New York" and that an early hearing is necessary "to settle this problem."
