The computer repairman who discovered Hunter Biden's 'Laptop from Hell' has decided to file a defamation lawsuit directed at the Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff.
John Paul Mac Isaac owned the shop where the first son abandoned the laptop; consequently, he was slandered by Schiff in an interview.
Hunter Biden's Laptop Repairman Fights Back
By sheer accident, the laptop of Hunter Biden was left in Mac Isaac's shop containing data on the shady deals with a foreign entity. Mac Isaac revealed he would fight back legally and tell who ordered the story to get blocked by biased media, reported Sputnik News.
Mac Isaac claims he lost his repair shop business due to the fiasco and harmed his reputation, which prompted his lawsuit against scurrilous Democrats, based on sources, noted New York Post.
Mac Isaac obtained possession of the laptop after US President Joe Biden's son dropped it off at his shop in April 2019 for repairs and never returned.
The former store owner claimed that he was hounded by Big Tech, the media, and locals in President Joe Biden's home state of Delaware for months after alerting US federal agents to the discovery.
When the story broke in October 2020 via the NY Post, it was deemed Russian disinformation by Democrat-leaning media and US officials. The hard drive had emails, text messages, photos, and financial documents Hunter left and forgot.
But what was evident is that hard drive from the computer repairman with Hunter Biden's 'Laptop from Hell' as alleged proof of shady activities of Joe Biden's son, but referenced that as vice president then he was using the position for personal gain. A defamation lawsuit is planned to regain Mac Isaac's losses.
After trying to uncover the truth, he wants the rest of the country to know that there was a coordinated attempt by social and mainstream media to prevent the real story with serious ramifications for the country, cited Daily Mail.
Lawsuit Against Rep. Adam Schiff, Media Outlets
In the lawsuit, John Paul Mac Isaac claims Rep. Adam Schiff slandered him in an interview on CNN just days after the original story in the New York Post.
New York Post published the article in October 2020 after then-President Donald Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, provided the outlet with a copy of the hard disk.
Mac Isaac, in turn, had informed Giuliani of the availability of the plethora of documents eight months after he handed over a copy of the laptop's hard drive to the FBI in December 2019.
The laptop's contents revealed that in 2015, Vadym Pozharskyi, an official at the Ukrainian gas company Burisma, emailed Hunter to thank him for the chance to see his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden.
Discovery refuted senior Biden's assertion in 2019 that he had "not spoken" to his son concerning his offshore business operations.
At this time, the Democrats were afraid that Joe Biden would lose against President Donald Trump; it was called Russian disinformation by Rep. Schiff and 51 ex-former intelligence officials to prevent a loss if it came out.
Mac Isaac was ruined in many ways because Twitter and Facebook censored it from the public. A total of $1 million in damages against Schiff is sought by his lawyer Brian Della Rocca.
Mac Isaac seeks legal damages caused by Hunter Biden's 'Laptop from Hell' by filing a defamation lawsuit directed at Rep. Adam Schiff, who attacked his reputation.
