Moscow does not trust president Volodymyr Zelensky and his assurances that MLRS Systems supplied by the US will not escalate the conflict in Ukraine.

Kyiv is desperate to have these weapons as the Russians have routed their armies and are giving up and running away. There's nothing to stop Zelensky from creating a wider conflict reaching Russia, which Putin warned with disastrous consequences.

Ukraine Could Start World War 3

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov warned on Wednesday that Kyiv would attack Russia with rocket launchers despite a warning not to do it from Washington. Peskov mentioned that the Ukrainian leader has not kept his word, reported RT.

Peskov reacted to the United States' judgment to supply Ukraine with multiple HIMRAS rocket launchers. According to US officials, the weapon systems will not be used against targets in Russia.

Washington said it was not involved in the conflict, although supplying arms like MLRS systems to the desperate Ukrainians.

Newsmax spoke to the Ukraine leader who said the assurance of his White House backer would be honored, cited Press United, but that's left to be seen after he allegedly condoned forces using human shields against Russian forces.

In an interview last Wednesday, the ex-comedian said there's no interest in Russia but only in his country. Peskov answered whatever was promised, it is a fact Zelensky has not kept any vow.

He stressed that what Moscow knows of the Ukraine leader Zelensky is otherwise and remarked that in a short period in politics, the ex-comedian allegedly lied on many occasions. Which

One of the biggest ones is that the war would be ended in the southeast part farther from Kyiv.

From Comedian to Politician

Volodymyr Zelensky used to be a comedian who made a political bid in January 2019 for the presidential elections.

He gained traction in the race, partly thanks to a role in a political comedy show in Ukraine by accident and used it to battle institutionalized corruption while taking on global institutions like the International Monetary Fund.

After the 2014-armed coup in Kyiv, the unconventional candidate pledged to resolve with Donbas rebel forces, they turned against the central government, but it was the opposite.

Zelensky received much public support and received over 73 percent of the vote in a second-round runoff against then-President Petro Poroshenko.

After winning, the new leader did not seek peace but instead went after the separatists of the DPR and LPR. Refused to give the recognition promised by the Minsk agreement, which is a peace road map denied to Donbas, followed by attacks in this region.

Kremlin Says Zelensky Cannot Be Trusted

Peskov remarked that trusting the Ukrainian is out of the question. The Kremlin spokesman added that Russia does not believe the US is acting in good faith.

Furthermore, it is the US goading Kyiv to fight back and denies it is waging a proxy war. Washington arms the enemies of Russia and is the promoter of continuing the conflict.

The Russian official stated that the Russian military would exercise caution to counter the risk posed to Russia by American missiles possessed by Ukraine.

Moscow doubts Zelensky and his promises not to fire the MLRS Systems into Russia but will counter the weapons to lessen the danger.
