Michael Jackson had a heartbreaking conversation with his ex-wife Lisa Marie Presley that caused her to "cry all day" when she learned of his death.

Lisa Marie Presley, a daughter of Elvis Presley, was married to Michael Jackson. She claimed they had continued to see each other for years after their divorce, even after his remarriage to Debbie Rowe and the birth of their children. She broke down as she remembered heartbreaking moments with MJ throughout their marriage.

From their May 1994 wedding to their breakup in December 1995, their marriage lasted just 18 months. Both before and after its well-publicized collapse, it was viewed with a great deal of skepticism.

Michael Jackson's Last Word to Lisa Marie Presley

Many people thought that the King of Pop simply married Lisa Marie Presley to dispel the rumors and charges that were swirling about his connections with young boys. His interest in her relationship with Elvis Presley was clearly evident.

After the star's passing on June 25, 2009, Lisa Marie Presley delivered an emotional interview that showed a whole different aspect to their relationship. She said that they had continued to see one other for years following their divorce and that Michael Jackson had sobbed and asked for her assistance in 2005, ten years after their split.

The two had been close for years prior to the little time the world saw them together. When she was a young lady, Michael Jackson took note of her and watched as her first marriage to Danny Keough came to an end. He did not want to let go, not even after their own divorce, according to Daily Express.

There was never any sign that Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe's relationship was anything more than a transaction for children after they got married and had Prince Michael and Paris.

They remained close friends despite going through a difficult divorce. However, Lisa Marie Presley remembered handling their heated discussion "properly" in 2005. Michael Jackson asked Lisa Marie Presley one of the most difficult questions she has ever heard, which was a genuinely awful turn of events. He asked as to her opinion of him.
She said earnestly,

"He asked whether I still loved him," she said. She was unable to lie to the celebrity though. Michael Jackson then confessed how he was concerned for his life, saying: "I told him I was indifferent and he didn't like that word."

Per Daily Express, Michael Jackson warned "someone was going to attempt and kill him" as he ended the discussion, according to Lisa Marie Presley. He also believed that by doing this, they would "get a hold of his catalog and estate".

She described how, given her already high level of emotion, she had a really strange day. "I don't know why. But it was the strangest day of my life," she shared.

Michael Jackson's Wealth

One of the most famous entertainers of all time passed away more than ten years ago. At the age of 50, Michael Jackson passed away in June 2009, leaving behind three children-Paris Jackson, Prince Michael Jackson II, and Prince Jackson-as well as his legacy.

However, Michael Jackson's untimely passing did not put an end to the wonder of his creations or his fame. Even after losing his life, he reportedly continued to rank among the highest-paid celebrities. His estate, which was first thought to be worth $482 million but was subsequently determined to be worth $111 million, has been able to continue his legacy by releasing "a number of projects around Michael Jackson in the 12 years after he passed away.

The 2019 release of the scathing documentary 'Leaving Neverland' didn't lose the King of Pop his reign, according to a Forbes estimate of Michael Jackson's yearly revenues of $48 million. More than 70% of Jackson's revenues come from his Mijac Music catalog, which includes songs by Aretha Franklin and Elvis, as well as a long-term contract with Sony.

All credit for the children's claimed contentment with their different lifestyles belongs to their iconic father, the 'Billie Jean'' singer. Each of them apparently received a $8 million allowance each year after his demise, MEAWW reported.
