Britney Spears vented her wrath on her mother Lynne Spears in a passionate Instagram post on Monday evening, accusing her of arranging an involuntary commitment in advance of her conservatorship.

In a copied Notes app post, the 40-year-old pop singer claimed that Lynne, 67, had joined her in a sleepover the night before she was involuntarily put on a 5150 hold, which happened a day before her father Jamie Spears, 70, sought to become her interim conservator.

Britney Spears Says Mom Is "Hypocrite"

Britney also accused her mother of being spiteful enough to remove images of her from their house, following Lynne's response to Britney's assertions that she hadn't replied to her text messages when she was on another involuntary commitment at a mental hospital in 2019.

The Toxic singer began her statement by denying Lynne's assertion that she answered during her commitment, claiming that it was "one of the only times you texted me back out of a million." She then accused Lynne of concealing coffee in the home they shared "every single morning."

She also accused her mother of hypocrisy for having fun at Britney's beach house while not being permitted to drive her car. The most shocking assertion made by the hitmakers was that the commencement of her conservatorship was premeditated two weeks before its initiation, rather than developing organically from a mental health crisis, according to Daily Mail.

In November, a Los Angeles court terminated Spears' 13-year conservatorship, which she was put under in 2008 following a series of public mental health issues. The verdict came after Britney Spears testified in a June court hearing last year that the conservatorship had "traumatized" her.

Following the retirement of her longtime counsel, Samuel Ingham, a court determined that Spears might pick her lawyer a month after she delivered that evidence. In February, Democratic Reps. Eric Swalwell (Calif.) and Charlie Crist (Fla.) requested Britney Spears to appear before Congress regarding conservatorships (Fla.), as per The Hill.

Britney Spears Comeback

Meanwhile, Britney Spears has been hinting at a musical comeback since her 13-year conservatorship ended last year. The artist's comeback is finally here, as she is slated to collaborate with legendary singer Elton John.

The announcement has sparked a big internet buzz, with fans excited to see Britney Spears return to the music scene. Glory, her tenth studio album, was released in 2016.

Britney Spears will make her musical comeback with a version of Elton John's 1971 hit Tiny Dancer. The two will collaborate on the album after apparently meeting a few days ago in a Beverly Hills recording studio to work on the song in a top-secret recording session. Universal Music is set to release the tune next month. According to a source, the couple has recorded the entire duet, which is outstanding.

Andrew Watt is well-known for producing music albums for popular artists such as Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, and others. The tune has also been shared with a few others, who are 'freaking out over how wonderful it is, according to the source. They dubbed it the summer tune and stated that Spears is very happy to be back in the studio.

Britney Spears took to Instagram to post a video of herself singing an all-new version of her breakthrough hit Baby One More Time while doing laundry. The video drew the attention of fans, who became nostalgic when listening to her song, which was initially published in 1998, Republic World reported.
