A Kim Kardashian look-alike model accused Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James of creeping on her Instagram account.
Instagram model Hazel or Just Ghazal claimed to her 104K followers that LeBron James was stalking her online.
To prove that sportsmen and rappers are crushing on her, she posted a screenshot of her status after LeBron viewed it.
The IG model had to let the internet know since she was so happy with the attention. But most Instagram users are aware it is possible to scroll past stories without actually viewing them to increase your number of views, per Lakers Daily.
However, LeBron James supporters were not impressed by Instagram model Hazel or Just Ghazal, who wanted to paint LeBron James as a creep but came out as rude.
User hotmehfiyah commented: "Damn girl now wat if LeBron was checking out ya story 'cause he wanted to buy some clothes from you for his wife... u acting like he slid in yo DM asking to take u on vacation."
The IG model responded to the message and seemingly hinted that she might provide even more receipts to demonstrate that James was paying a bit too much attention to her, as per a Lakers Daily update on the story.
She responded in her Instagram story: "PS Out all the comments This is the one. Lol (Anytime honey) Ya'll losing your minds over a story... imagine if I hit u with the DMs. FYI happily taken."
Though, after all of her posts attracted the wrong type of attention, she quickly limited the comments section.
Just an Attempt To Boost Fame
Although the image she posted cannot be refuted, the fact that James viewed her Instagram story does not appear to be sufficient evidence that the four-time NBA champion was flirting with her. Additionally, there is a good chance that the image was altered.
Given that James is a happily married father of a family, it is always plausible that she made up the evidence. It's also likely that James was merely playing about with her without any ulterior purpose.
To conclude that LeBron James was flirting with the woman just because he read or even privately reacted to her story seems a bit over the top. It might simply be the IG model's bid to boost her prominence by leveraging the popularity of one of the NBA's biggest stars today.
He has been included in issues and news items for years now that hardly have anything to do with him. It appears to be a rather blatant attempt to attract attention the majority of the time. This incident appears to be another illustration of that pattern.

More Important Issues For LBJ
LeBron James and everyone in his camp would more likely ignore the IG model's this post. After all, reacting to it in any way would lead to greater controversy. Besides, he is happily married and the father of three kids. He and his wife have been together since 2013.
Moreover, the "King" is currently thinking about much more significant issues rather than someone's claim on Instagram. Whether it takes landing the trade for Kyrie Irving he strongly wants or making a smaller move, his Lakers are trying feverishly to become title contenders once more.
Sending Russell Westbrook to the Indiana Pacers in exchange for Buddy Hield and Myles Turner could be one of those less significant deals, according to a report from SB Nation.
Ultimately, this is just another instance of James getting drawn into a narrative because of the interest his name generates.
