A new Gallup poll reveals that only 1% of Americans consider Russia an existential threat which the Biden administration wants many to believe. To this extent, US President Joe Biden has blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for US inflation, but most have ignored it.

Americans Have More Serious Concerns

Inflation was mentioned as a problem by 17 percent of poll respondents, with Moscow ranking low, reported RT.

US problems like excessive inflation and a failing economy rank higher on the list of important concerns, with only 1% citing Moscow in polls last Monday, noted TASS.

Even though the Ukraine crisis remains a big news item in the US, the percentage of respondents concerned by Putin's conduct has fallen significantly from 9 percent in March, the month after Moscow's offensive, based on the polling firm. The most current data was gathered between July 5 and July 26.

Even abortion has become a serious issue in the United States, with 8% citing it as a critical problem to address. According to the agency tracks, this has been the most serious problem since 1984.

Worries about abortion rights have intensified after the US Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, a 1973 landmark judgment that guaranteed the constitutional right to terminate a pregnancy.

Democrats and blue-leaning independents pushed the indicator upward, with 13% referencing it, compared to 4% of Republicans and red-leaning independent voters, citing Empire Online News.

Despite the Democrats' drive for increased abortion concerns, it still ranks last in the new Gallup poll, trailing three other issues. But Russia is the most trivial of concerns.

Inflation and dysfunction in the Biden administration counted for 17% of those surveyed, while the global features of the economy troubled 12%.

Generally, the economy's condition was recognized as the most serious problem for the United States, with 35% identifying the issue, a little reduction from June.

Even as the White House wants to galvanize the US against Moscow via manipulated social media reports on the real score in Ukraine.

The White House's desire to rally the US against Moscow through distorted social media posts, the actual score in Ukraine is unknown. Nothing is happening, and the point is becoming moot.

There were also hearings by the House Select Committee on the COVID-19 pandemic, January 6, 2021, Capitol Riots, severe weather, and climate change.

Washington Announces Sanctions Against Russian Tech Sectors

A new wave of embargoes against Russia's financial and technological sectors, particularly the semiconductor industry, was declared by Washington on Tuesday.

The Skolkovo technology park, located south of Silicon Russia Valley in Moscow, and one of the largest steel producers in the world, MMK, are among the businesses the State Department has blocklisted.

Due to "working or having operated in the technology sector of the Russian Federation economy," the Skolkovo Foundation, Technopark Skolkovo LLC, and Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) found themselves on a blacklist.

The state has sanctioned the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MFTI), which operates in the defense and related materiel industry. Drone technology for the Russian forces is one of their areas of expertise.

This new Gallup poll shows Russia is not that much of American concern, but the Biden administration continues to impose sanctions.
