A victory by the Delaware GOP combatting vote-by-mail as an option for voting has been ruled by the Delaware Supreme Court in an already loopy midterm election for Democrats striving to survive the November culling.
M. Jane Brady, the chair of the Delaware Republican party, proclaimed no mail-in-voting or same-day voter registration, lessening the likelihood of cheating in midterm elections.
Vote-by-Mail Unconstitutional
Brady was elated when informing the 100 attendees participating in the Freedom Festival Banquet at the Rusty Rudder restaurant of such a case decided by the Delaware Supreme Court, reported the Epoch Times.
Earlier that day, the court had asserted that mail-in-voting and same-day registration state laws contradict the state's law, per a published ruling from the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware.
When the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020, Delaware Governor John Carney, a Democrat, officially declared an emergency, and the General Assembly passed legislation to cast votes by mail.
Brady added that they are defending the integrity of elections held in the state; the Dems are actively trying to undermine and subvert elections, specially with the bloodletting they fear in November.
Brady is a former attorney general of the state, as well as an ex-Superior Court judge. Speaking to the Epoch Times, remarking that this means of cheating in elections that the Supreme Court upheld, called it unlawful.
The state would not allow mail-in-voting before June, but absentee ballots are okay. Getting this ballot was easy to acquire, too.
M. Jane Brady added that not voting physically and having vote-by-mail sent to them is incorrect during midterm elections.

Brady Claims Delaware Judges as Non-Partisan
She said judges are not elected, and the Delaware court decided in the ruling. Additionally, they adhered to the law and prevented an unfair political outcome.
Belief in the rule of law and adding that the court upheld voting by mail and voting on the same day. On November 8, people were urged to vote in the state.
When casting a vote, conservatives must consider issues such as national security, energy independence, high pump prices, children, education, and terrible inflation.
No Mail-in-Voting Would Keep Elections Clean
The only Republican candidate for office in Delaware is Lee Murphy. House of Representatives candidate voiced his pleasure with the judge's ruling.
According to the official website of the State of Delaware, he added the recent news in Delaware that the Supreme Court has ruled that there will be no mail-in ballots and no election-day registration, which will genuinely even out the playing field.
Murphy attributed his own election story regarding mail-in voting to 2020 when he ran for Congress but then was bested by governing party Democratic Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester.
He related that in 2020, there were mail-in ballots in play. Though winning the in-person votes, the mail-in ones were a total loss for him. The Republican candidate said that people could vote in the polls or an absentee ballot too.
Other conservatives involved in the affair were excited by the news, including Ruth Briggs King, the state representative from the 37th District, who also shared some inspiring words. The celebration that the Supreme Court overturned a law designed to disenfranchise and deceive was refuted.
According to Brady, having vote-by-mail will not be allowed in the midterm elections due to a Supreme Court ruling.
