President Joe Biden Knew Hunter Biden's Business Dealings, FBI Has Evidence of First Son's Potential Criminal Conduct, Whistleblowers Reveal
According to recent whistleblower claims, the FBI has "voluminous evidence" on President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden's "potential criminal conduct" in connection with his international business ties with China and Ukraine. Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images

Despite frequently asserting the opposite, Senator Chuck Grassley believes FBI documents show President Joe Biden was aware of his son Hunter's international business operations. He also alleges there is evidence of possible criminal activity.

Grassley informed Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and Delaware US Attorney David Weiss that he has voluminous evidence of criminal activity by Hunter, 52, and the president's younger brother James Biden, 73, based on information provided by whistleblowers.

Joe Biden Aware, Potentially Involved in Hunter's Business Dealings

The trio was informed by the Senate's pro tempore emeritus president that the FBI had recorded Hunter's business dealings with the proprietor of the Ukrainian oil firm Burisma Holdings LLC. Given the facts in these records, he wonders why no action has been taken. The ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee is Charles Grassley.

The Delaware judge overseeing the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, Weiss, was questioned by the Iowa Republican about whether the evidence made public by whistleblowers had been looked into. While Joe Biden served as Barack Obama's vice president, Burisma is said to have paid Hunter $50,000 per month to sit on its board. It is still unclear what Hunter will do on that board or whether he is qualified to sit on it.

Grassley asserts that whistleblowers have exposed a series of biases within the FBI and Justice Department in favor of the Bidens and that he has been given proof of the potentially criminal nature of Hunter's work for Burisma, as per Daily Mail. Regarding China, the Republican senator referenced Hunter Biden's former business associate Tony Bobulinski, a Navy veteran, who went to the FBI in October 2020 to describe the Biden family's attempts to conduct business in China.

Republicans have questioned Hunter Biden's relationships with Jianming and Patrick Ho, his top deputy who received a three-year prison sentence in March 2019 for breaking the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

The lawsuit against Ho claims that some material was acquired by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Regarding Ukraine, Grassley claimed that he had been given potential proof of criminal activity connected to Hunter Biden's employment for Burisma, which purportedly paid Hunter $50,000 per month to serve on its board of directors at the time that his father was vice president.

The owner of Burisma, the well-regarded crooked Ukrainian tycoon Mykola Zlochevsky, had $23 million frozen by British authorities between the time Devon Archer and Hunter were hired.

Grassley: Hunter Biden Investigation May be Hobbled

Hunter Biden praised Zlochevsky and termed the Burisma effort inspiring and consequential in his biography, 'Beautiful Things,' published in 2021. There's no disputing my last name as a coveted credential, he added that the pay was tremendous. In his letter's conclusion, Grassley criticized the FBI's handling of the president's son inquiry. Following earlier whistleblower discoveries the senator made public this summer are Grassley's most recent revelations.

The senator claims that as a result of these activities, the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden may now be hampered. The complete and undeleted October 2020 document that provides a timeline of events linked with Hunter Biden's business associates, domestic and foreign, was what Grassley requested, according to Washington Examiner.

By October 27, Grassley wants the Justice Department to provide information about the Hunter Biden probe so that Congress can perform an unbiased and objective review. President Biden has categorically denied discussing Hunter's financial activities with him.

Since going on the 2020 presidential campaign road, he has also denied knowing anything about or participating in his son's business endeavors. Hunter Biden is currently the subject of a federal probe for his tax affairs. Federal prosecutors were considering whether to charge Hunter Biden with multiple tax and foreign lobbying offenses, as well as making false statements, at the time the investigation had reached a critical stage in July, Fox News reported.
