A tiger mauled a farmer to death in Uttar Pradesh last Saturday. This month, six people were reported who was gored to death. Many of these big cats have figured out fatal attacks for many of the victims.
Tiger Attacks Farmer in Northern India
Previously, a 38-year-old woman was killed by a large cat in the district's Mohammadi range, reported Daiji World.
Big cats that lived in the district during the month were among those killed by wild animals.
According to the report, Veerpal is a resident of Bakarganj village in the Hyderabad police circle. He went to a sugarcane field close to the Aanvla jungles of the Mohammadi range to collect fodder for cows when the big cat mauled the farmer, noted NDTV.
Farmers in the nearby fields scrambled to get to the attack scene, but the ferocious animal escaped into the fields. Veerpal was taken to the local community health center in Gola but soon passed away due to too many injuries.
Sanjay Biswal went to the scene with field staff to take note of the scenario and guarantee maximum additional assistance to the deceased's family. The official said that combing teams had been deployed to drive the tiger back to the forest.
Biswal asserted that big cat behavior, including tigers and leopards, had already been frequently disclosed from the location. Such a deadly attack made the locals more careful when going to the fields.
The local chief advised villagers to stay indoors at night to avoid being attacked by wild carnivores that hunt at night. When possible, stay in large groups rather than singles.
Senior Forest officials have instructed to catch or incapacitate the leopard, which was assumed to be old or weak, to capture its natural prey. Cages and cameras in large numbers have been set up, and images of the elusive leopard have been captured.
