At the Queens shelter, a dad killed his 3-year-old son and was charged with murder as he beat the child to death. According to the city medical examiner, the boy died last Wednesday after being beaten by his sadistic father. His wife attempted to cover it up by claiming the boy choked by eating a chicken nugget.

Brutal Queens Charged for Killing 3-Year-Old

Charged with manslaughter, Shaquan Butler, 26, allegedly killed the 3-year-old by battering the chest. His wife blatantly lied about her son's passing with an outrageous alibi, reported NY Daily News.

She claimed the child choked on a chicken nugget, causing his death, and bruises were caused when he allegedly ran into a pole and hit his head on the floor on Sunday night, as stated by the police source.

In late September, the victim and two siblings were taken by city services but were given custody of their errant parents. This caused questions about how such parents were given back custody.

The body of the deceased 3-year-old was in a terrible state, and authorities saw Shaquan Jr's body from the head and torso battered terribly. Their parent was housing them in a homeless shelter, and they had no residence. Police suspect the father has subjected the young son to a sequential beating from the perp.

By the time first responders came to the shelter, they had come across the unconscious child with a barely present pulse, and the horrific injuries the criminal dad caused were apparent, noted CBS News.

On Wednesday evening, the boy's great-grandmother spoke to an outlet and said the child's death was too much, adding that they would want to know what had happened.

Boy Dies from Beating, Not Choking on Chicken Nugget

Butler is a criminal who has been arrested 28 times by the police. On Wednesday, he had heart palpitations when taken to Elmhurst Hospital. It was where the child died earlier, citing Yahoo.

One source mentioned that Butler would be subjected to psychiatric evaluation; when he told police that he should be dead.

The grandmother, Qiana Butler, said that the suspect is a kind person, but when the door shut, she was heard sobbing inside, wailing about why the suspect would kill her grandson.

Shaquan Jr.'s parents are felons with arrests; a call from 911 at the Boulevard Family Residence on Queens Blvd. was too late and the boy passes away. Examination of the tot's battered body revealed a heart attack with a punctured lung and bruises on the mend all over his body caused by the dad's abuse, remarked the police.

Detectives interrogated the two parents, but if the dad was there when the boy passed out is not known, but the Medical Examiner had no doubt it was pure murder.

Butler is a career criminal for gang violence, causing a riot, criminal, mischief, and possessing firearms; his wife had almost the same rap sheet. Police indicated that the Administration for Children's Services was investigating the family beforehand.

People were shocked at the death of Shaquan Jr. and expressed sadness at his terrible end. Police arrest a brutal Queens dad who murdered his young son, but the mother made up a silly chicken nugget alibi that did not hold.
