Kim Kardashian was given a restraining order against a guy who allegedly pretended to be armed and repeatedly showed up unannounced at her house.

The decision was made on Monday, when the SKIMS founder's legal team appeared in court. Andre Persaud was barred from contacting the actress and ordered to keep at least 100 yards away from her for the next five years as a result of the case.

Kim Kardashian Restraining Order

According to records, Persaud visited Kim's home at least three times in August. Kim, 42, is believed to have met him for the first time but grew concerned for her safety when he allegedly claimed to be armed.

Furthermore, it is said that Persaud wrote about the reality TV star on social media, including one instance in which he claimed to be talking with him telepathically, according to Mirror.

According to the petition, the individual told members of Kardashian's security team that he had a gun. The restraining order prohibits him from possessing a handgun and requires him to return to court later in December to show documentation that he had surrendered any firearms he had.

Kardashian stated in her declaration that the man's actions, including going from New York to California to visit her and seeking to locate her when she was in New York, had caused her great mental anguish.

As per a declaration connected to the restraining order petition filed on November 9, the individual contacted her California home many times, introducing himself to her security as a prospective future business partner.

In the declaration, Kardashian stated that the individual claimed in a letter delivered to her home address that she had been contacting him for months, which she denied, Insider reported. This isn't the first time Kardashian has expressed fear about her safety.

Kim Kardashian Stalkers

Last year, a stalker named Nicholas Costanza was apprehended by security at her private Hidden Hills property. The man who had already delivered her a diamond ring and a Plan-B morning after pill was jailed for breaching and breaking a five-year restraining order.

Six years ago, during Paris Fashion Week in October 2016, robbers stormed into her hotel room, tied her up, and stole $10 million in jewelry from her. In terms of jewelry, whatever I'm wearing is borrowed. She informed Andy Cohen on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion last year that it was a hoax.

In addition to boosting her personal protection, she has openly discussed being less showy and her reluctance to wear expensive jewels after the crime.

On the bright side, she remarked, "I'm a completely different person because of that, in the greatest way." [Before the heist], I had to have the nicest car, the greatest rims, and the best clothes, and I believed I was the s**t because of it. I believed that qualified me.

"The things I valued before that happened were honestly entirely different than what I value today,' she concluded. It's wonderful to dress up and stuff, but [material] things don't create me." Kim Kardashian said. The tragic experience also'significantly impacted' her relationship with sister Khloé Kardashian, as per Daily Mail.
