Surveillance footage was uncovered, depicting the dying moments of LSU student Madison Brooks on the night she was reportedly raped and then killed by a vehicle.

According to sources, the four males accused of the rape of 19-year-old Brooks were observed leaving Reggie's Bar in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and crossing the street.

Madison Brooks Death

A woman who looks to be Brooks is seen running to catch up with them. The group was seen strolling before the end of the clip. The Sheriff's Office of East Baton Rouge refuses to comment on the footage. According to the arrest warrants obtained by Fox News Digital, Brooks and the four suspects left the pub at 1:49 a.m. on January 15 and entered the car at 1:54 a.m., when Brooks was reportedly raped.

At 2:50 a.m., police got a complaint that Brooks had been struck by a car on Burbank Drive Louisiana Roadway 42, a four-lane highway located approximately 3.5 miles from the bar and divided by a grassy median. According to the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, the motorist is not being prosecuted and contacted 911 immediately, while two good Samaritans provided CPR.

According to the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner's Office, Brooks died later at the hospital from "many severe injuries" sustained in the crash. The three adult suspects detained in the Brooks case have been freed from the Baton Rouge prison. Kaivon Washington, the 18-year-old suspect accused of third-degree rape, was released from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office detention on Thursday after posting a $150,000 bail, according to documents.

Casen Carver, 18, and Everett Lee, 28, who were both charged with third-degree rape, paid $125,000 bail on Tuesday and were released. Public documents revealed that Lee was Washington's uncle. The 17-year-old suspect in the second case of third-degree rape is not scheduled to appear in court until February.

Suspects Refute Sexual Assault Accusation

According to DailyMail.com, the LSU student Madison Brooks was videotaped fighting with one of the four guys accused of her rape moments before she went drunkenly into the night and was killed by a car. Brooks hurled "choice words" at Casen Carver, 18, driving the car in which she was reportedly raped by Kaivon Washington, 18, and an unnamed 17-year-old after initially meeting them at a campus pub.

Attorney Ron Haley said that the defendants, along with fellow accused Everett Lee, 28, were driving around Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the early hours of January 15, attempting to follow the student's recommendations for a site to drop her off after the alleged assault.

The four guys and sophomore Brooks met at the rowdy student pub Reggie's in the Tigerland neighborhood of Louisiana's capital, and she 'drunkenly' stumbled into their car at 1:49 a.m. as they were leaving. Carver, who said police he had never seen Madison Brooks before, asked her for her address, but she fell down and could not respond, according to his arrest warrant from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office.

The report states that he drove to a neighboring street and alleged that he overheard his 17-year-old buddy asking the victim five times if she wanted to have sex with him. Carver alleged that the victim verbally consented, Daily Mail reported. Carver told police that the 17-year-old and then Washington had sex with Madison Brooks as he and Lee stayed in the front seat of the car, which was last seen moving at 1:59 a.m.

Attorneys representing the men accused of raping Madison Brooks have reiterated that the LSU student was not too drunk to engage in sexual activity with two of the suspects, as per The Independent. Attorneys Joe Long and Ron Haley questioned the authenticity of body alcohol content (BAC) findings indicating that Brooks was nearly four times above the legal limit at the time of her death at a press conference on Friday.

Long stated, "The evidence we've seen so far of Ms. Brooks rushing across the street from Reggie's belies the police's account of events, and until our specialists can examine what transpired, we feel that the BAC is erroneous."
