The 5th generation Su-57 Felon is scheduled to arm with the Kh-69 ground attack missile optimized for pulverizing AFU military structures in Ukraine. Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, went to a missile plant in Moscow to see the latest missile tech.

Su-57 Felon Increases Ground Attack Potential

Medvedev, based on the photo on his telegram channel, was keen on a particular missile. What exactly is that particular armament that drew more attention than usual from Vladimir Putin's deputy in the Security Council, according to Bulgarian Military.

Medvedev and the boss of the KTRV, Boris Obnosov, saw the latest in the Kh-Series, Kedge, of AGM projectiles, per Weapon System. Considered a classified project by when it was mentioned last year. The aerospace firm showed it at the Army-2022 forum, and officials saw the prototype.

Most questions about what makes this Russian AGM very notable, especially with many missiles in the Kremlin's arsenal. One explanation for this particular variant of the Felon stealth fighter is its characteristics to mount it on the 5th general all-purpose fighter, noted Air Force Technology.

Its body is square shaped for the plane with multiple functionalities, a low-profile, very precise, and next-generation weapon.

Keeping a low radar profile to foil enemy defenses has been integrated into the fuselage of the rocker with radar absorbent coating. The military projects that the advanced armament will keep the missile on target.

Other than the Sukhoi Felon, other VKS elements could be equipped with it; they are the Su-35, Su-30MK, and Su-34 fighters for cross-platform use. They are currently tearing up the AFU and UAF on the air and ground.

Kh-69 Shock Value Terrifies NATO, Ukrainian Forces

The manufacturer states the weapon has been optimized by design for demolishing any on the ground that can be pulverized, such targets as railways and interchanges of extreme value to more forces. This concern fits the aims of Moscow analysts, hinting it is a crucial tactical capability. It comes at a time when the US and its allies are sending heavy tanks to Ukraine, which will be used to attack them.

Most of the efforts of the Russian military are concentrated on the elimination of targets earmarked as must be destroyed by any means possible, whether direct or indirect fire and the use of standoff weapons like a precision-guided missiles.

These targets are listed as ammo and fuel dumps, lubricant for machinery, command centers and communication posts, oil refineries, and petrochemical plants are included. Another set of targets for destruction are factories that build relevant war materials, also engine rooms inside power plants.

All these physical structures are part of the strategy to bring down the Zelensky regime by taking it apart, piece by piece, eliminating all relevant material tactically without too much collateral damage.

Missile guidance combines a frameless inertial system, GLONASS, and a GPS satellite navigation system. But when it comes to service, it has yet to be made public.

The Su-57 Felon having a Kh-69 for enhanced ground attack will threaten NATO and AFU.
