Rihanna's Super Bowl performance on Sunday night impressed millions of viewers across the globe. However, former US President Trump was not impressed and even intensified his criticism of the iconic music artist.

During her Super Bowl performance, Rihanna announced she is expecting her second child and sang a number of her hit songs, including "Umbrella," "Rude Boy," and "Work," according to The Hill.

Apparently, Donald Trump was not a fan of Rihanna, and he made it clear on his social media page.

"EPIC FAIL: Rihanna gave, without question, the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history - This after insulting far more than half of our Nation, which is already in serious DECLINE, with her foul and insulting language," Donald Trump said on Truth Social, adding "So much for her 'Stylist."

Trump seems to be referring to what Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas) tweeted on Truth Social earlier this week about Rihanna spraypainting a vehicle with "F**k Trump" in 2020.

"Why is the NFL showcasing this crap?" Jackson commented on Rihanna's Super Bowl performance, The Independent reported.

Donald Trump had already insulted Rihanna two days prior the Super Bowl performance, commenting that she has "No talent" and "Without her 'Stylist,' she'd be NOTHING."

When Did Trump-Rihanna Beef Start?

Everything goes back to when Donald Trump was in office. Rihanna criticized his policies and actions during his administration, according to Sportskeeda.

She blasted his 2017 "Muslim ban," which restricted visitors from seven Muslim nations.

In 2020, Rihanna went to the Texas tourist destination known as the Cadillac Ranch and shared a series of images on Instagram showing her spraying the words "F*** Trump" over a vehicle that had been partially buried.

Additionally, Rihanna had even filed a lawsuit to stop him from using any of her music at his events.
