Paul George's injury looked really bad that it has sparked fears about his availability moving forward amid the Los Angeles Clippers' bid to make the playoffs this 2022-23 season.
The injury happened during the Clippers' Tuesday night showdown against Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder, with the LA squad losing 101-100.
With 4:38 left in the contest, the star forward fell to the floor after being hit accidentally by Luguentz Dort. George laid on the ground for several minutes and writhed in pain after his leg tweaked badly.
PG13 hobbled to the locker room with the help of two staff members after hurting his right leg. He was afterward seen being carted out of the stadium with his right leg outstretched, according to an NBA report.

Paul George Injury Update
Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue indicated after the game that Paul George will still undergo more tests before they can determine the severity of his injury. With that said, the veteran tactician didn't provide more specific update on his condition, according to CBS News. Lue noted that George will be examined on Wednesday.
One source close to the matter said that because of the need to wait for the inflammation in his knee to subside, George is likely to get an MRI on Wednesday, per a ClutchPoints report.
The Clippers are 38-35 heading into their final nine games, hence the timing of Paul George's injury couldn't have come at a worse time.
For the Clippers to escape the Western Conference's play-in tournament, they will need to keep racking up victories, since they are presently in fifth place.
On Thursday night, the Clippers will play the Thunder once again, amid the many uncertainties regarding Paul George's condition.
