Fox News Producer Out After Biden 'Wannabe Dictator' Incident
A Fox News producer has parted ways with the network after a controversial incident involving a chyron referring to President Joe Biden as a "wannabe dictator." The incident, which sparked outrage and raised questions about journalistic integrity, has left the network grappling with the aftermath of a decision many deem as crossing the line.
According to Associated News (AP), the long-time producer for Tucker Carlson, McCaskill announced his exit from Fox News in an Instagram post following the misleading label against Biden.
He wrote in his recent IG post that "[it has been a wild ten years and it was the best place [I have] ever worked because of the great people I met." He confirmed, "Today was my last day at FOX," noting that he will miss his friends on the network.
As per the Daily Beast, Carlson talked about the incident in his latest "Tucker on Twitter" episode without naming names. The former TV anchor abruptly parted ways with Fox News last April.
He discloses, "The women who run the network panicked." He narrates that the big bosses of the news channel "scolded" the producers who authored the chyron, calling the President a "wannabe dictator."
Surprisingly, DeSantis' close rival in the Republican presidential race, former President Donald Trump, thanked him for the "very insightful" video.
The former Fox News anchor claims that the producer offered himself to stay at the network for two weeks. However, the news channel reportedly asked him to "leave immediately."

Chyron Calls Biden 'Wannabe Dictator' Amid Donald Trump Speech
The chyron, which appeared on Tuesday night, was part of a split-screen broadcast of Biden's speech at the White House and Trump's post-arraignment speech. The chyron read: "Wannabe dictator speaks at the White House after having his political rival arrested."
Variety reports that White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre responded to the incident, calling it "wrong." She says, "There are probably about 787 million things that I can say about this." But despite that, she kept this to herself. In her own words, "I [do not] think [I am] going to get into it."
The right-wing network stated that they immediately took down the misleading chyron, noting that it has been "addressed." The news channel has yet to comment on the revelation of its long-time producer.
