The incident happened as Hollywood writers are protesting for better salaries. Thanks to the efforts of the Burbank fire department, the fire was put out immediately.
Firefighters also managed to contain the blaze in the area, preventing the incident from affecting other establishments.

According to The Guardian's latest report, the fire happened on June 30.
At 1:38 p.m., the Burbank fire department dispatched its team to Warner Brothers Studios in the 4300 block of W Olive Ave, Burbank, California.
"After arriving on scene, crews determined that an electrical transformer was on fire," said the fire department officials. "Fire crews quickly attacked the fire and knockdown occurred at 2.03 pm," they added.
Luckily, no civilians or firefighters were injured during the incident. As of writing, the electrical fire accident is still under investigation.
The Daily Mail UK reported that the fire incident happened as Hollywood writers are protesting for better wages.
However, it is unclear if the electrical fire incident is connected to the protests.

Numerous videos showing the electrical fire incident at the Warner Bros Studios circulated on Twitter. One of the Twitter users who posted a video claimed that they heard a large sound before the power flickered in the area.
After that, the sky was filled with eerie smoke. Meanwhile, other individuals said that they saw lights flickering blocks away from the Warner Brothers Studios.
Then, a single firetruck was seen going to the Warner Bros establishment. Before the blaze was put out, reports stated that black smoke was coming from an upper floor.
Although the electrical fire incident is quite alarming, many people still criticized Warner Bros because of the happening protests.
Some individuals even believe that the fire happened on purpose so that the company can get insurance money.
"Insurance money printer goes burrr," said one of the Twitter users.
Of course, these will still remain speculations until California's authorities completed their investigation. Remember, California and other U.S. states are still experiencing heat waves.
