When we finally return to "Arrow" on Wednesday (yes it's been a long time), get ready for an episode that's all-Felicity.
According to the producer's preview for the episode, entitled "Time of Death", Felicity will go against her first nemesis.
For most of the series, Felicity has been able to stay behind the scenes and help out Team Arrow from her desk. Also, if villains on the show have a bone to pick with anyone on Team Arrow, it's usually Oliver. Well, judging from the video, which you can see below, The Clock King (Robert Knepper, "Prison Break") wants to go head-to-head with Felicity. And he's a real problem.
In addition to the new villain Felicity will have to face, she's also going to have some issues within Team Arrow. If you recall, during last week's episode Sara officially came back to Starling City. Also, she and Oliver are sort of together again. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim explained in the preview, this week's episode will deal with how Felicity reacts to the events that happened in last week's episode.
He says we'll see her reaction to "what it's like to have Sara in the cave, in the Arrow lair with the rest of the team and does Felicity still have a role to play either in Oliver's life or in the Arrow's mission."
For those of you worried about Felicity, there may be some good news coming her way. According to TVLine.com, she will continue training with Diggle.
"You will see more of Felicity training in general, yes, but you will see her training with Diggle as well," David Ramsey, who plays Diggle, said according to TV Line's Matt Mitovich. "Oliver has Roy to train, and I have Felicity to train. That's pretty much where we're going with this."
It would be nice for Felicity to be able to kick some butt both at the computer and away from it.
"Arrow" returns Wednesday, Jan. 25 at 8/7c on The CW.
