How to Deal With Work Burnout
Knowing how to deal with your work burnout is very important, especially if you're one of the breadwinners in your family.
Mayo Clinic provided some of the things you can do to take care of yourself while doing your full-time work:
- Try achieving mindfulness. When you say mindfulness, it is the act of focusing on your breath flow, as well as being aware of what you're feeling at all times.
- Try asking for support from your friends, colleagues, and loved ones. Sometimes, all you need is emotional support so that you can still keep on going.
- Make sure that you will not bring your work at home. Once your shift is done, avoid checking your emails if necessary.
- Get enough sleep so that you can restore your well-being. Getting an 8-hour sleep also helps protect your physical and mental health.
