America's Declining Patriotism
American patriotism has reportedly been eroding for years. Adult American pride is declining, as per statistics. Even the classic American flag is beginning to lose favor with some of them because of the controversy it has stirred up.
A June Gallup survey found that just 38% of adult Americans felt very proud of their nation. This suggests that over 68% of the population was unpatriotic. This has worried many specialists.
Kellyanne Conway of Fox News said that dwindling patriotism in the US is concerning, particularly among young Americans. "It's especially true among younger people who don't seem to have that same connection with what binds us together as Americans or patriotism or religious adherence than perhaps their parents and certainly their grandparents' generations."
Jake Paul vs. Nate Diaz
YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul and seasoned MMA fighter Nate Diaz clashed to see who was superior. Both have outstanding combat abilities.
In the end, Jake Paul triumphed against Nate Diaz. He won unanimously. However, he was unable to knock out the MMA fighter.
With his last win, Paul improved to 7-1 after Tommy Fury's February split decision.
Meanwhile, Nate is scheduled to return to UFC. He could even be able to set up a trilogy match with another MMA great, Conor McGregor.
New Leaders of China's Elite Nuclear Force
Two chiefs of an elite organization managing China's nuclear weapons were replaced, sparking purge suspicions.
PLA Rocket Force commander General Li Yuchao and his deputy had "disappeared" for months. Instead, former deputy naval commander Wang Houbin and party central committee member Xu Xisheng were selected. Xu and Wang's appointments were announced the day before the PLA's 96th anniversary on August 1.
Both were elevated from lieutenant general to general, China's highest active duty rank.
The sudden transition in Beijing's military leadership is the biggest in almost a decade.
UK in Part of UAP Cover-Up
David Grusch, a UFO whistleblower, accused the US government of a multi-faceted cover-up for unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs). Now, he is claiming that the UK government is also engaged in covering up UFOs.
The former US Air Force officer revealed other nations had also reverse-engineered or crashed UFOs. He speculates that the British government may be hiding similar UAP technology.
Grusch previously spoke with AARO (All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office) staff. They allege the US government was holding partly intact and intact extraterrestrial technology in a secret facility. Grusch claimed the US government shares UFO discoveries with foreign nations, too.
ISIS Leader Dead in Syria
ISIS said that its commander, Abu al-Hussein al-Husseini al-Qurayshi, was killed in a battle with militants in Syria and had already selected his successor.
The extremist group did not specify when al-Qurayshi died but said he fought an al-Qaeda-linked group. ISIS spokesperson Abu Huthaifa al-Ansari claimed Abu Hafs al-Hashemi al-Qurayshi would lead.
