Authorities reported that at least one individual was injured in a suspected explosion at a Sherwin-Williams facility in Texas on Monday morning.
Per ABC News, the victim, an employee of the paint manufacturing facility, was treated in Garland, northeast of Dallas, at the site. According to the Garland Police Department, multiple roads in and around the area are closed due to the structure's fire.

According to the Garland Police Department, the building remains ablaze. One person was injured and treated at the scene, according to reports. It is assumed that the plant manufactures paint.
The origin of the fire and explosions is unknown. Firefighters have arrived.Several units responded to a massive fire and detonation at the Garland Sherwin-Williams paint factory. The fire began at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Monday.
The fire was extinguished by first responders, but several highways remain closed. The facility is located in Garland at 701 South Shiloh Road. Additionally, the facility has the address 3605 Forest Lane.
Lt. Richard Maldonado of the Garland Police Department said, "I can tell you that major roadways in and around the plant are closed. Just so you know, the plant carries multiple addresses as it can be accessed from direct areas."
The Garland Fire Department and hazardous materials teams have verified their presence at the site. First responders have not yet determined the cause of the fire.
